　　l 如果”encap failed”出现在交换连接上，例如ISDN/DDR连接，使debug q931来确保呼叫方正确设置，检查拨号者分组来确保业务流已被定义为“有兴趣的”，或检查PPP权威认证确保PPP权威认证已正确产生。
　　l 如果debug ip packet仅仅显示sending信息，则所有的IP转发过程都在该路由器上正确*作。检查所有中间路由器或路由业务流的返回路径。
