监听看上去是successfully，但是其实数据库实例还是没有注册上去，PLSExtProc不是数据库的实例。（SUBSCRIBE_FOR_NODE_DOWN_EVENT_LISTENER=OFF是我在监听日志中找到WARNING: Subscription for node down event still pending的信息，查找资料修改后仍然不管用）

localhost，localhost.localdomain都是解析到127.0.0.1的，就是本机。

但是在监听中最好不要写localhost或127.0.0.1，需要修改成ip或者hostname，重启监听即可注册

密码认证失败表示用户已通过监听连接到数据库，然后被数据库验证密码失败。
